Let’s get ready to… study?!

The WWE will be part of the curriculum at a class at Harvard Business School this fall, according to Sports Illustrated.

The prestigious institution announced they will be studying the wresting group as part of Professor Anita Elberse’s course "The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports."

Open to 180 second-year MBA students, the class will look into the history behind the brand’s success as well as that of other companies such as Walt Disney Studios, the American Ballet Theater, and NBC Universal.

The course will investigate how these organizations have been able to diversify to increase business while also improving their engagement and value with fans and shareholders.

In addition to corporations, the course will delve into the success of celebrity and sports personalities like LeBron James, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and Beyoncé.

The news couldn’t have made WWE wrestler Triple H any happier as he showed his excitement on Twitter.

“WWE has been a force in live entertainment, television production, and digital content in its 40+ year history,” the 49-year-old wrote. “Thrilled that Professor @anitaelberse will highlight our innovations and challenges as a case study for her @HarvardHBSclass this fall.”

The WWE is a billion-dollar industry with the company’s chairman Vince McMahon’s net worth estimated to be about $3.2 billion, according to Forbes

While the course is set to begin sometime this fall, Ivy League students will not be required to wear singlets or show off their mastery of chokeholds.
