CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Two Cook County judges have been reassigned because of inappropriate things they said.

The Executive Committee of the Circuit Court of Cook County has reassigned Judge Mauricio Araujo and Judge Richard Schwind. They have been placed on administrative duty, which the chief judge's office says can include doing legal research or performing marriages.

Judge Araujo was accused of calling a prosecutor a name and suggesting he may have had sex with her.

Judge Schwind, in a court hearing, told a defendant, "You were never a slave, but you take offense to it …”

Araujo has been referred to sexual harassment training and counseling, while Schwind has been referred to sensitivity training.
