CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Looking for normalcy during the pandemic? You can still get insulted by the staff of an iconic Chicago hot dog stand.

The Wiener’s Circle, famous for its employees who hurl insults at customers for fun, is continuing its tradition of doing exactly that - even amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The iconic Lincoln Park hot dog stand is now inviting its customers to order via FaceTime, so diners can get the true experience from a safe distance. That’s in addition to “curbside abuse,” which launched in the spring, when the shutdown first went into effect.

Part of the sales will now support the Chicago Black-Owned Restaurant Relief Fund started by Black People Eats.

The announcement came in the form of a video the restaurant posted Monday.

“In these uncertain times, we’re all longing for a sense of normalcy,” the video begins. “Yet we don’t know what the ‘new normal’ will look like. More than ever, the distance between us has grown, and we’re yearning for the contact we once had. We just want someone to tell us everything will be ok, and to hear...”

The video then pans to The Wiener’s Circle’s Poochie Jackson, who pulls off her face mask to deliver one of her signature insults. The video then continues to show a customer picking up his order curbside, receiving a slew of insults, in which he responds with his own insulting comeback.

To order a hot dog and fries “with a side of abuse,” customers can FaceTime 773-BITCHES. (Yes, that really is the number). You can also order on Tock, Grubhub and UberEats.

Or just do regular delivery...

The video ends in saying chocolate milkshakes are not available, since that would be indecent exposure.
