Man Dies After Being Struck By 2 Cars In Aurora Hit-And-Run

AURORA (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A man died after being hit by two cars Wednesday night in Aurora in the west suburbs.

The first driver to strike him stopped in a nearby parking lot, but the second car continued without stopping, Aurora police said in a statement. Officers are following up on leads to locate the second driver.

The crashes happened at about 10 p.m. on Ogden Avenue just west of Long Grove Drive, police said.

Authorities responded and found the man lying in the roadway, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His identity has not been released by the DuPage County coroner’s office.
