CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- The chief of the Chicago Heights Park District Police appeared in bond court this afternoon. He is accused of sharing pictures of sexual encounters -- without the women's permission.

Prosecutors say 40-year-old Christian Daigre of Chicago - the chief of the Chicago Heights Park District Police - had a camera in the ceiling of his apartment and photographed sex with two women. He then shared those photos with a man who was on the park district police force.

The state's attorney's office said when that man left the police force after getting a DUI, he mentioned to his lawyer that Daigre had shared the photos with him.

The women were notified - and prosecutors say Daigre threatened one of the women and the man with whom he'd shared the sex photos - telling him he "knew the name of his girlfriend and kids, to look over his shoulder and maybe get another DUI."

Bond was set at $25,000 for Daigre.
