Election 2018: JB Pritzker

CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- JB Pritzker (D) joined WBBM Newsradio on Tuesday, March 13. He is running for the Democratic nomination for Governor.  

Pritzker said he wants to address higher education funding including Illinois' universities and community colleges to help keep students in the state.

During the interview, Pritzker talks about implementing a progressive income tax system, plus lower property tax burden.

He discusses the state's moral obligation to fund pensions of teachers, nurses.

He also shared his thoughts on gun control and the Governor's veto of some gun regulations.

Pritzker also responded to ad attacks his opponents.
