Former FBI Director James Comey To Discuss His Memoir In Chicago

CHICAGO (FBI) – James Comey, the FBI director fired by President Trump last year, will appear in Chicago next month to discuss his new memoir, “A Higher Loyalty.”

Comey will discuss his book 7 p.m. April 20 at the Harris Theater for Music and Dance at Millennium Park, as part of the Chicago Humanities Festival.

“James Comey is without a doubt one of the most interesting and key figures in the transformation of our political landscape over the past year," Marilynn Thoma Artistic Director Alison Cuddy said in a news release. “I’m eager to hear what he has to say.”

“A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership” is scheduled to be released April 17 and is expected to cover Comey’s claims that Trump sought to influence the FBI's Russia investigation.

Tickets go on sale to CHF Members on Thursday at 10 a.m., along with tickets to the 2018 Spring Festival.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 28.
