Bears Unveil 'Classic' Uniform At Centennial Celebration

ROSEMONT, Ill. (670 The Score) -- Pro Bowl cornerback Kyle Fuller emerged onto the stage at the Bears' centennial celebration Friday night wearing the team's "classic" uniform, a look to be worn twice in 2019.

The Bears unveiled their classic jersey in honor of their 100-year anniversary, a uniform that was inspired by the team's look in 1936. The concept took a year-and-a-half to create, Bears chairman George McCaskey said.

"We've had such a standard uniform for so long, one of the challenges is finding something that fits," McCaskey said. "Our direction from Virginia McCaskey was she didn't want anything, when the team comes out of the tunnel, there would be any mistaking it was the Chicago Bears. With that guidance, we think we've come up with something good."

The Bears' classic uniforms have been released, inspired from the team's look in 1936. They will be worn Sept. 29 vs. the Vikings and Dec. 5 vs. the Cowboys. #Bears100
