CHICAGO (670 The Score) -- Kevin Toliver, an unndrafted rookie who has made an impression on the Bears, is expected to start at cornerback against the Buccaneers' surging offense Sunday.

The Bears made their inactives official ahead of their noon kickoff at Soldier Field, with cornerbacks Prince Amukamara and Marcus Cooper both sidelined due to hamstring injuries.

Rookie receiver Anthony Miller is also inactive after suffering a dislocated left shoulder during the game last Sunday in Arizona. He didn't practice during the week, though the Bears had suggested that his injury would be a week-to-week evaluation.

The inactives for the Bears include Miller, Amukamara, Cooper, Isaiah Irving, Kylie Fitts, Rashaad Coward and Nick Williams. Among notable active players for the Bears is rookie receiver Javon Wims, who has yet to suit up for a regular-season game.

The Bears have their bye week up next Sunday, which can provide them with the opportunity to get key players back. First they must face a Buccaneers team that has posted 34 points per game and a quarterback in Ryan Fitzpatrick who became the first player in NFL history to throw for at least 400 yards in three consecutive games.
