LAKE FOREST, Ill. (670 The Score) -- The Bears enter their primetime matchup with the Vikings on Sunday boasting a mostly clean bill of health.

The team released its game-status report Friday afternoon, with tight end Dion Sims officially ruled out with a concussion, while receiver Javon Wims (knee) and defensive lineman Bilal Nichols (knee) are each questionable.

Sims will miss his second consecutive game with the concussion. He left the game at Buffalo on Nov. 4 and hasn't practiced since, remaining in the concussion protocol. Sims has two receptions for nine yards this season.

The Bears haven't officially listed tight end Adam Shaheen (foot/ankle) on their injury report because he hasn't been activated from injured reserve. After practicing during the week, Shaheen could be officially activated by the Saturday afternoon deadline.

A second-round pick in 2017, Shaheen posted 12 receptions for 127 yards and three touchdowns in 13 games last season before suffering a season-ending injury in December. Shaheen then suffered the injury to his right foot and ankle during the Bears' preseason game at Denver on Aug. 18. After a rehab that has neared three months, he's eager to rejoin the Bears.

"Especially now," Shaheen said. "We got some big games coming up and we're playing for something. Can't wait."

Wims was limited in practice Thursday before becoming a full participant in the lighter walk-through Friday. Nichols was limited for the first time this week Friday.

The Vikings have officially ruled out safety Andrew Sendejo (groin) and tight end David Morgan (knee) against the Bears, while linebacker Anthony Barr (hamstring), tackle Tom Compton (knee) and tackle Mike Remmers (back) are all questionable.

Kickoff between the Bears (6-3) and Vikings (5-3-1) comes at 7:20 p.m. CT from Soldier Field.
